THE ONLINE CASINO BTDINO CONTEST RULES

1. The BTDino tournament starts on September 1st 2005 and ends on February 26th 2006 at 12:00 noon (GMT). In addition, prizes will be given on a number of dates which will be specified at later.
2. The winner of the tournament will be the contestant that manages to reach the top position in msn.com, for the search online casino btdino.
3. The tournament refers only to organic search results and not to sponsored listings.
4. Any contestant can win only one prize for each checkup date.
5. Each domain can win only one prize for each checkup date (this limit does not involve free hosting networks, blogs, Geocities, etc.).
6. There's no prevention for a domain/contestant to win more than one prize in different checkup dates, but in any event no more than one prize on the same checkup date.
7. If a contestant won more than one prize in the same checkup date, the contestant will receive the higher prize.
8. Each page participating in the tournament must contain the active email address of the contestant for contacting and prize notification in case the contestant won.
9. The participating page in the tournament must contain in a visible position the linking code as it appears on the tournament page.
10. The linking code must be entered at the time of signing up to the competition. BeTheDealer Casino reserves the right to disqualify participants that enter the linking code at a later stage.
11. Any methods to promote the site are allowed, except methods that are offensive to web surfers or to other sites (including but not limited to spam mails, mass unsolicited mailings, forums flooding, etc.).
12. Prizes:
    1. Prizes to the top positions on msn.com at the end of the tournament (February 26th, 2006 at 12:00 (GMT):
       1. First prize to the top position - $1,500
       2. Prizes to each additional contestant that meets the tournament's terms and conditions and reaches the top 50 positions - $100.
    2. In addition, two mid-way prizes will be given to sites that will reach the top position on msn.com in the following dates at 12:00 noon:
       1. September 30th - $250
       2. December 31st - $250
13. All aforementioned times refer to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
14. The tournaments results as determined by BeTheDealer Casino are final and are uncontestable.
15. Since search results in msn.com using different computers may differ as a result on unsynchronized datacenters, the winner will be determined by the results returned by a specific computer inside BeTheDealer Casino. The search results' screenshot will be advertised on the site.
16. BeTheDealer Casino's records, systems, and/or any party on its behalf will act as uncontestable evidence as to the winner's identity.
17. BeTheDealer Casino and/or any party on its behalf shall not be responsible to content errors and/or misprints.
18. The final result of the tournament shall be determined by BeTheDealer Casino only. To avoid any doubt, should there be any human and/or technical errors of any kind, BeTheDealer Casino and/or any party on its behalf shall not bear any responsibility towards the contestants, and the contestants hereby waive any and all future claims towards BeTheDealer Casino and/or any party on its behalf.
19. You hereby declare that you know that the tournament and/or parts of it rely on computer programs that are not immune to errors or faults.
20. The participant hereby declares that he and/or any party on his behalf shall not have any claim to anything related directly or indirectly to the tournament.
21. Notwithstanding any provision contained herein, it is hereby made clear that participation in the tournament if for amusement purposed only, since there might be errors in the tournament, and in any case taking part in the tournament shall not create any cause or claim related directly or indirectly to the tournament, it's proceeding, management, results, or anything that has to do with it.
22. BeTheDealer Casino may, at its own discretion and for whatever reason, immediately stop and/or change the terms of the tournament, and make it public in a message that shall be posted on the BeTheDealer Casino website. It is hereby agreed that any such notification shall be sufficient and adequate, and the contestants hereby waive any claim regarding the modification or termination of the tournament.

1. BeTheDealer shall be authorized at it's own discretion and at any time to end and/or modify the dates, prizes, and/or rules or the tournament in a message that will appear on the internet site www.BTDino.com. The participants agree that any message that will appear on the site will be sufficient and adequate. The participants shall not have any claims, among others, to the end and/or modification of the aforesaid.
2. Participating in the tournament and all it's stages is the sole responsibility of the participants in the tournament, and BeTheDealer shall not bear responsibility for any damages, including but not limited to, physical damages to any of the participants following and/or related to participating and/or not participating in the tournament.
3. Notwithstanding BeTheDealer's aforementioned general releases, in any case that it would be proven that a malfunction, damage, or negligence has prevented the participant from participating in the tournament and/or win the prize, BeTheDealer shall not be responsible.
4. BeTheDealer reserves the right to add, deduct, and modify the prizes and offer alternative prizes at it's sole discretion.
5. It is hereby made clear that the winning of a participant might be televised and advertised in various media, including television, printed press, internet websites, and by participating in the tournament the winner agrees to be photographed and have his name and picture advertised under the aforementioned coverage.
6. BeTheDealer reserves the right not to grant the prize in any of the aforementioned dates to any participant that has made any, for not limited to, the following: deceit, misdirection, counterfeit, etc.
7. By participating in the tournament the participant hereby agrees to any and all of the above participation rules and thus waivers any claims towards BeTheDealer that are related to the tournament.
8. Notwithstanding any of the above, the participant and/or someone who wants to participate hereby states and agrees that the selection of the winners is final, resolute, unquestionable, and binding, for there may be errors in managing the tournament, and in any case participation or non-participation in the tournament will not provide cause of any claims what-so-ever.
9. These terms and conditions settle the rules for participating in the tournament and are contractually binding.
10. The terms and conditions fully cover the rights and duties of all sides and participating in the tournament provides full acceptance on your behalf that you fully accept all the aforesaid terms and conditions.
11. These terms and conditions will be advertised on the BeTheDealer website.
